Privacy notice
Last updated 20 October 2026
This notice explains how the Tempest project team handles information when you use the TempestCO website, account services, community features, and game services.
Information we use
We use information you provide for an account or community feature, information needed to operate your account and game services, and records of purchases or support requests. Technical and security logs may include your IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and requests or game activity. We use these to run the service, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Cookies and privacy choices
Essential session and security storage keeps the website working. Your optional advertising choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. You can reopen the settings from the “Privacy choices” link in the footer and change or withdraw that choice.
NOTABIS may show contextual first-party ads even when you reject third-party advertising. External ad-provider scripts are loaded only after you allow third-party ads; those providers may receive technical information from your browser when an ad is requested. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops external provider delivery.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics through analytics.notabis.com to understand aggregate visits and improve the website. This analytics script is separate from the third-party advertising choice, so rejecting third-party ads does not turn it off.
Service providers and retention
We rely on hosting, account, payment, analytics, and advertising services where needed to operate TempestCO. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; Tempest receives the transaction result needed to deliver website credits. We keep information for as long as needed to provide and secure the service, handle support, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your requests and contact
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected]. We may need to retain some records for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Tempest is an independently operated private server and is not affiliated with the original game publisher. Game assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
