Account and browser play
How do I play? Sign in to Tempest, open your Dashboard, and choose PLAY on the game-account card you want. Browser play does not ask for your game-account password. If there is no character yet, choose PLAY & CREATE CHARACTER.
Do I need to download a client? No. Use Dashboard PLAY to open the browser game.
Browser PLAY is unavailable. Check the account's status in Dashboard → Game Accounts & Characters. PLAY is available for eligible linked accounts on the supported browser-play realm. If the account is still not ready, try again later.
Welcome Pack
The pack will not open. Use a supported profession and free the required inventory space: 10 slots for a Trojan or 9 for another supported profession. The pack remains in your inventory when a check fails.
Mining
Mining stopped. Equip the mining pickaxe, stay in a supported mine, and avoid moving or changing weapon. Mining also stops when your inventory reaches 40 occupied slots. See Mining and Gem Rates.
Contracts and events
My contract is not progressing. For your own kills, follow the exact target and map at HuntMaster or in the Hunting Contracts panel. Eligible nearby teammates can also advance your weekly counter with their kills, even when the monster differs from your target. See Hunting Contracts for the team-credit rules, then claim the reward when the goal is complete.
The shower map changed. Meteor Shower and Dragon Ball Shower affect one rotating map for 15 minutes at the start of each hour. Check the announcement or PvE Event Hub.
What time zone are events using? Most scheduled events use Europe/London server time, including GMT/BST changes. Guild War and VIP daily support use UTC.
VIP
The VIP panel will not open. Open it with the VIP button on the main HUD. VIP-only actions require active VIP time. Remote warehouses are unavailable inside Moon Box maps; equipment composition and gem refinement are available to everyone through the Forge.
