👤 Account and client

The launcher is not updating. Launcher patching is separate from the gameplay server. Use the launcher/client support instructions rather than treating this as an in-game rule.

I cannot log in. Check the account credentials and server configuration first. Website registration and account-linking requirements are not defined by the gameplay files covered here.

The client behaves strangely after an update. Restart the client and follow the client support process. This is an operational step, not a server-side rule.

🎁 Welcome Pack

The pack will not open. Tempest Welcome Pack 721500 refuses unsupported professions and checks room for the complete reward set before consuming the pack. Use a supported profession and free the requested inventory space. See 🎁 Account Setup.

I received no starter items. Check whether the pack is still in your inventory. It remains intact when the profession or inventory-capacity check fails. Equipment is profession-dependent.

⛏️ Mining

Mining stopped. Mining requires a mine-enabled map and weapon type 562 (the mining pickaxe). The server checks every three seconds; mining stops if the tool changes, you are interrupted, or inventory reaches 40 occupied entries. See ⛏️ Mining and Gem Rates.

📜 Contracts and events

My contract is not progressing. Check the exact target and map shown by the Quest Ledger/HuntMaster flow. Contract definitions are level-banded and may scale the goal by profession.

The shower map changed. Meteor and Dragonball Showers use one active map and rotate hourly during their 15-minute window. Follow the server announcement; the modifier is not global.

What time zone are events using? The server resolves London time (Europe/London on Linux or GMT Standard Time on Windows), with UTC fallback. Daylight-saving behavior depends on the platform time-zone data.

⭐ VIP

Tempest VIP is entitlement-gated convenience functionality. Confirmed features include remote warehouses, portable Meteor/DragonBall packing, auto-loot settings, VIP chat tag, and daily support. Remote warehouses are disabled inside MoonBox maps. Website purchase steps and pricing are separate from the game server.
