🤝 Mentor System

The mentor system lets one character guide another through the normal in-game mentor window.

Creating a relationship

1. Open the mentor window.
2. Choose the other character as your mentor or apprentice.
3. Send the request.
4. The other player accepts the request.

A character can have one mentor and can have multiple apprentices. A mentor cannot add the same apprentice twice. Mentor records remain available when one of the players is offline.

Website referral requirement

Mentor relationships use website referral matching. Before sending a request, make sure:

• both game accounts must be linked to website accounts;
• the accounts must belong to different website users;
• the apprentice must have registered through the mentor's referral code; and
• another game account linked to that referred website user must not already have a mentor.

If the request fails, check the website link and referral first, then send it again. The game also rejects self-targets, duplicate relationships, and apprentices who already have a mentor.

Leaving a relationship

Use the mentor actions to leave a mentor or remove an apprentice. The other player must be selected in the mentor window.

The game shows the relationship and mentor progress in the normal mentor interface. Any separate website reward or referral promotion is handled by the current website offer.
